Future Proposal for Villa Borghese
Villa Borghese is facing an ecological crisis as the iconic Umbrella Pine trees are being infested by a pest. The solution is simple, ladybugs! By introducing ladybugs into Villa Borghese the Umbrella Pines’s health will be improved without the use of any toxic chemicals. To support the ladybugs I propose a new planting strategy, an Umbrella Pine nursery, and ladybug hotels.
