Salitre Urban Center

< 1 mn read

Salitre Urban Center is a hybrid building that seeks to introduce the public space that surrounds it within the same project. Through ramps, stairs, and bridges, the public space is included in the project, connecting the exterior with the different uses and spaces that they design to achieve different experiences in each one of them. The particular uses of the building are distributed through the nine floors, among which we find sports, residential, commercial, academic, entertainment and parking areas, which are organized around the perimeter, thanks to the structural core in the center of the project. In this central core is the vertical circulation as well as the technical elements of the project (bathrooms, ducts, emergency stairs).
