Housing Project – Urban Axonometric

2 mn read

The project has been conceived with the intention of creating a residential area for social housing in a consolidated urban area to the east of the Lima (Perú) metropolitan area. The main premise in the design is to establish a spatial relationship with the urban layout, and building heights that harmonize with the existing environment. Additionally, it aims to address certain deficiencies present in the area.

One of the project’s priorities is to provide access to open green spaces for recreation and the enhancement of the immediate surroundings. This is achieved through open and accessible green spaces for residents, promoting a healthy and communal environment.

Another significant aspect of the project is the inclusion of a commercial zone. This area is intended to facilitate access to local small-scale commerce, thereby contributing to economic vitality and community strengthening. The creation of a nearby commercial area promotes convenience and social interaction, while also addressing the daily needs of the inhabitants.
