The proposal recovers the hydrographic layout of Sant Just Desvern; through a multi-scale view, a Metropolitan Park is proposed. Consolidating a new front that provides more security and a good contact between architecture and landscape.
In addition, the park proposes the recovery of a historical hydrographic trace, which is currently channeled. Thus generating a new space for the municipality that provides vitality and security in the face of the continuous climate change.
In addition, the masterplan proposal recovers a green area affected by the current planning. Where it was foreseen to build buildings of up to five floors, and thanks to a work of rearrangement of the buildings it is possible to free that space to generate a new equipment linked to nature.
